Introduction
Ruyi Health LLC (“we”) provides this privacy policy to inform users of our guidelines and plans regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of user’s personal information entered in our mobile app. By using our app, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your information, as outlined in this privacy policy.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy without prior notice. We will notify you if the privacy policy is changed. If you do not accept to the updated policy, you must stop using the Ruyi Health app.
Age Requirements
You may only use Ruyi Health if you are age 13 years or older. By accessing or using Ruyi Health you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older.
Information we Collect
We will collect your name, email address, and password when you register an account. We will collect any personal health information which you decide to enter in the app, such as medication intake, blood pressure readings, and prescriptions. This information will be used as specified in the next section.
How we use your Information
We will not sell your personal information. All personal health information will be stored securely on your device and on our databases. This data will only be available to you and will be protected by a login wall. We may use users’ anonymized and aggregated data to improve the app.
Deleting your Information
If you would like to close your account, please contact us at info@ruyihealth.org and we will try to honor your request.
Data Retention
We will retain the information you provide via our app as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, your information may be retained in our systems.
How we protect user data
All personal information stored at rest in the app and in our databases is encrypted. All identifiable information stored on cloud databases (name, email, etc.) is stored separately from non-identifiable information (date of observation, medication, blood pressure, etc.). Additionally, users can choose to opt-in to our blockchain storage solution which saves all identifiable information on a secure blockchain network.
Identity theft
We will not request your credit card information, login information, or national identification numbers using a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication. For more information about identity theft, visit the Federal Trade Commission’s website at www.ftc.gov.
Security Breach
We use our best efforts to maintain the integrity of all information we collect, but we cannot assure that that your personal information will be secure. If there is a security incident, we will notify you as required under applicable law.

If you believe your account has been compromised, please report it to info@ruyihealth.org so we can investigate.
