- Ruyi Health does not provide medical advice or diagnostic information.
- Do not rely solely on Ruyi Health for managing and documenting personal health. We do not check for correctness of user-entered data.
- Always verify the accuracy of content in Ruyi Health. Make medical decisions only based on doctor’s advice.
- You may only use Ruyi Health if you are age 13 years or older. By accessing or using Ruyi Health you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older.
- You may not use Ruyi Health on a device which has been jailbroken or rooted.
- Provision of Ruyi Health
- Some Ruyi Health functionality requires internet connection. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of all features of Ruyi Health.
- We cannot guarantee Ruyi Health works with your device. We are not required to provide technical support.
- We are not liable for any loss of data.
- Registering an account
- You can use Ruyi Health without registering a user account but will not be able to access your data from multiple devices.
- Registering an account requires an email and password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password. Please contact us if you believe your account has been misused or compromised.
- Right to use Ruyi Health: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Ruyi Health for the purpose and duration of the agreement based on these terms
- Liability: We are only liable in case of wrongful intent and gross negligence
- Duration and Termination
- This agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. You may terminate this agreement anytime.
- You cancel the agreement by deleting your account.
- Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and will inform users of changes
